Fintech Solutions and Services (Global) Pty Ltd (ACN: 630 773 965), herein referred to as FinSSG, complies with the Privacy Act 1988 in relation to any personal information collected by FinSSG via this website.

1. Collection of personal information

The main way we collect personal information from you is if you provide your Contact Details via our Contact Us webpage or if you send us your Resume as the result of some form of agreed communication with us. This personal information may include your full name, date of birth, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, and street and postal address, and possibly details of referees and work history. By definition, in sending us this information, you agree to our terms of Data Retention.

We will only record your e-mail address if you send us an email message containing your email address or supply your email address as part of your contact details on an on-line application. It will not be automatically added to a mailing list.

Collection of personal information is enabled via the Contact Us page on our website and is done only with your consent, as you must click on a button provided on the webpage to submit this information.

If you provide us with personal information about another person, for example a referee or referral, you must tell that person of the disclosure, the purpose of the disclosure, and how we may use their information.

2. Use and disclosure of information to Third Parties

We will only use your personal information for the purpose for which you have provided it, for example for keeping you up to date with Product Development, Releases and Updates, Job Vacancies and any other areas of interest you have indicated your interest in.

If you provide us with your Resume with respect to a specific Job Opportunity, we will retain your Resume for future reference unless you ask us to remove it, but we will only provide your Resume to other interested parties with your prior consent. We will not provide your personal contact details or email address to any other party without your prior consent.

Should you decide to exclude your details from any future areas of interest you have chosen to be informed of, you must notify FinSSG, via email, and we will do so as soon as practical.

We will not use personal information for any other purpose, nor will we disclose it, unless with your consent or in other circumstances where such use or disclosure is permitted under the Privacy Act.

From time to time, we may wish to carry out a voluntary survey for feedback. Before collecting survey results, we will advise you of the purpose of the survey. We will provide the facility to enable you to exit the survey at any time.

3. Access to and alteration of records containing personal information

Should you wish to access your information or discover what information is held about you at any time, please email FinSSG requesting the same and we will provide either a copy of the information or a summary of the information held. In some cases, FinSSG may charge a nominal fee for providing access to information.

When you provide information to us via our website, we rely on the accuracy and currency of that information.

5. Information storage and security

Personal information is securely stored and will be retained for as long as required, unless you advise us that you wish to have your records deleted, subject to our need to retain records for audit purposes and meet other statutory or quality management obligations.

You should assess these potential risks when deciding whether to use our services electronically. If you do not wish to transmit information electronically, there are other ways in which you can provide this information to FinSSG.
